We may cancel or change bookings if any of the following apply:

  • The airline cancels or changes the flight schedule.

If this occurs, we will refund your payment to your original payment method. Oyofares, operated by Askmefare LLC, is not responsible for events outside our control, such as:

  • Airline delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
  • Accidents, illness, or loss during travel
  • Policy or fare changes made by airlines

2. Website Updates & Modifications

We regularly update our website to keep information accurate. Fares and availability may change at any time without notice. Once your booking is confirmed, fare changes will not affect it. Please review these Terms regularly, as we may update them.

3. Use of Website

All content, design, and booking tools on Oyofares belong to or are licensed by Askmefare LLC. The website is for your personal use only and not for commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, sell, or distribute website content.
  • Make fraudulent or unauthorized bookings.
  • Use bots, crawlers, or scripts to extract data.

Improper use of the website may lead to legal action.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

If an account is used for fraud, abuse, or violates these terms, we may suspend or close it immediately. We will try to notify you first unless urgent action is needed.

5. Third-Party Links

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with your booking, please contact our support team. If we cannot resolve it, you may submit the dispute to our U.S. Arbitration Department. Their decision is final and follows U.S. law.

7. Copyright Policy

  • Your contact details and ownership proof

We will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

8. Child Policy

Each airline has its own rules for minors. Oyofares is not responsible for airline child travel restrictions, fees, or denied boarding. Please check with your airline before booking about:

  • Required travel documents
  • Infant or child fare policies

9. Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel your booking, call our support team. We do not accept cancellations by email or chat. Whether you get a refund depends on the airline’s policy.

Key points:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may qualify for a full refund (based on airline rules).
  • After 24 hours, most bookings are non-refundable.
  • Refunds usually take 10 to 15 business days to process.
  • Service and booking fees are non-refundable.

Oyofares is not responsible for airline-initiated cancellations, overbookings, or no-shows.

10. Airline Overbooking & Changes

Sometimes airlines oversell seats, which can lead to denied boarding. The airline will handle rebooking or compensation. Oyofares can help you contact the airline, but we are not responsible for these situations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Oyofares only helps you book flights and does not control airline operations or policies. We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, reschedules, or cancellations.
  • Airline errors, service issues, or baggage problems
  • Any indirect or incidental losses during travel

The most we can be held responsible for is the amount you paid Oyofares for the booking in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by United States law. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration as described above.
